apparently the day manager was burnt out from a double and when A MAN WHO IS NOT ME came to check in, she did all the regular stuff but when my name popped up in their reservations list she clicked that instead and thus he became me
so when the night manager called her to sort it all out she was like "Did you check in a Mr. Older" the day one was like "ah yes the little old white guy from earlier" and the night manager was like
"Mr. Older is a strapping thirty eight year old Latinx stallion" she said
ok that last bit was my head canon but the rest is true, and so they did a managerial deep dive and sorted it all out and here we are. Not murdered
