From last evening the @indianexpress domain experienced outages across Airtel and Vodafone networks
On investigation we found that net4.com had blocked our domain without alerting us
Their customer service after prompting sent us an email late night telling us we will get a call from their legal at 9:30 am
Their legal called in the morning to tell us that there was a complaint from the Mumbai Crime Branch
On following up with the crime branch we found that they had not asked net4.com to block our domain
They coordinated with net4.com to get the necessary approval to get the site back up, we are in the process of doing this now
We will confirm access on all networks and let our users know asap
