How to double your Shopify sales in 3 hours:

Two main ways:

(1) Increasing conversion rate
(2) Upsells

1 is highest ROI activity ever. If your conversion rate is 1% now, just getting it to 2% will double your sales alone.

Two easiest ways to increase conversion rate:

Test different forms of urgency/scarcity to find most effective one.

Get more/better social proof (reviews).

Other ways include getting better pictures (lifestyle), writing better copy, making everything congruent, tweaking pricing, etc. Urgency/scarcity + social proof are biggest ones tho.

2 is upsells. Getting people to spend more money for the same cost per acquisition.

Zipify OCU is best for this. Give people the opportunity to buy either more of the same product at a discount, or other products altogether (ideally both) after they've made their initial purchase.

Even if only 10% of them take you up on it, that's 10% more sales without changing anything else.

If your store is doing these numbers for example:

* AOV = $50
* Daily visits = 1,000
* Conv. rate = 1%

Then you're getting 10 orders/day.

$500 revenue.

Then you make the changes listed above (can easily take less than 3 hours)...

Conversion rate doubles, so you're spending the same amount on ads while making 20 sales instead of 10.

Average order value increases 30%, so you're making $15 more per order on top of making twice as many sales.

20 orders/day * $65 per order = $1,300 revenue/day
