I have a streak going. 11 years. My son is 11. I haven’t missed a thing.

Not a performance or game or school event. Six seasons of sports, I haven’t even missed a practice.

I love this streak. Love it. I cherish this run.

My son’s in a drum line this year though. They perform all over the place. There’s no way I can make them all.

It’s logistically impossible to be on both ends for drop-off/pick-up AND get to the event.

My son teases me about it. He knows I ain’t happy about that.

“Your streak is going to end, you know. Might as well just accept it.”

Tonight he’s playing an hour away.

Worth noting that federal prosecutors chose to make public an indictment which has little prosecutorial value on its face (since Veselnitskaya is out of reach).

There’s a method to this madness and it may well be...

1) Shining a spotlight on the Trump Tower meeting about “adoptions”

2) Putting into the public domain evidence that Junior, et al, were indeed meeting with the Kremlin by proxy

3) Providing corroboration of the criminal quid pro quo alluded to in Paul Manafort’s mtg notes

4) Establishing that all attendees fully knew what the Russian objectives were in supporting the Trump Campaign

5) Providing a supporting indictment of the foreign actor in the Trump Tower meeting in advance of Mueller indicting Junior for lying to Congress about the mtg.

I think people are making too much of the Trump-on-Adderall thing and misattributing behaviors to an Rx that isn’t the likely culprit.

Along the reasons: Adderall is readil available in a quickly metabolizing form so there would be no real need to snort it.

People often crush meds to defeat time-release formulations.

If a pill’s compounds are made harder to breakdown, they take effect more gradually.

Crushing them defeats that onboarding speed limit and rushes and concentrate the effects.

Also, Trump seems genuinely ADHDish and the effects of Adderall on people appropriately prescribed for ADHD are vastly different than on people taking it inappropriately.

Adderall is often calming and focusing for people w ADHD. It’s primarily a stimulant for people w/o ADHD.
