It was finally Friday.
Jimin wanted to go to the football game but he knew he already used all his luck convincing Yoongi to accompany him to the party. Instead, he settled for having Yoongi come to his house and for them to get ready together.

He got completely new outfits for both himself and his hyung. Which is probably a little much, but sue him, he was excited.
Yoongi gets to Jimin’s place at exactly 8:02. Jimin practically jumps on him because he’s so excited. “Hyung!!!! Are you ready for tonight!!??” Jimin beams

“I guess..” Yoongi replies as he scratches his head. They walk towards Jimin’s room.
“That attitude will not do! I’ll do your makeup and show you your new outfit and you’ll change your mind,” Jimin says and winks at his hyung.

Before Yoongi can even reply he’s dragged into Jimin’s room and sat down on a chair.
“Just stay still for the next like 20 minutes. And close your eyes” Jimin commands.
Yoongi doesn’t even try to protest and ends up dozing off in the chair.

When Yoongi wakes up, Jimin’s done with his makeup, and moved onto his own. “Hyung I can’t believe you actually fell asleep,” Jimin giggles. “No wait I can.. anyway! I’m done with your makeup, look!” He points the mirror to his hyung. Yoongi looks at the mirror and he’s,

pleasantly surprised at what he sees.

“Hyung, although I’m a legend at makeup, it only looks that good because the face I worked on is naturally pretty.”
Yoongi blushes, “Ahh no Jimin, this was all you. Thanks I love it.”

“Now time for your outfit!” Jimin shoves a bag of clothes to Yoongi.

The party was officially set to start at 10:30pm. Yoongi and Jimin arrive 45 minutes (fashionably) late. Once they enter, they are met with a crowd of loud and very drunk teenagers. Yoongi is already starting to regret this decision. Hoseok notices Jimin and runs up and hugs him.

“Jiminieeeee, you made it!!” Hoseok practically screams. Jimin giggles, he can tell Hoseok’s pretty plastered already.
“Hyung! This is my best friend, Yoongi hyung!!” Yoongi shyly waves. Hoseok immediately jumps on Yoongi. “Yoongiii nice to meet you!!! You’re so pretty!!”

Yoongi blushes and replies, “um ya, thanks..” Hoseok beams and says, “Cmon lets go to the kitchen and get you guys some drinks.”
Jimin happily follows and grabs Yoongi’s wrist to make sure he also follows.

Hoseok makes them drinks, Yoongi’s pretty sure the vodka to sprite ratio is 5:5 which is just, disgusting but, he accepts the drink. Jimin downs it in one go, making a sour expression after. “Another one please” he smiles. Yoongi takes a sip and gags; but he decides ‘fuck it’

and also downs it. Go big or go home?
Jimin stares in awe, but smiles widely after. Jimin downs another cup before he decides to go to the dance floor with Hoseok. “I’ll um, stay back and join you later” Yoongi slurs.

“Are you sure???” Jimin practically screams, “I’ll stay with you if you want me to!” “No Jimin-ah, show the world your talents, I’ll be there soon” Yoongi replies. Even though they both know Yoongi wouldn’t be caught dead on the dance floor.

Jimin was hesitantly dragged by Hoseok towards the dance floor, giving Yoongi one more glance. Yoongi smiles reassuringly before he walks out of the kitchen to find a bathroom. Downing that entire cup made his bladder go weak.

He stumbles, already feeling the alcohol and sees a door, and automatically assumes it must be the door to the bathroom. He knocks and waits one second before he goes to open the door. It swings open before his hand reaches the handle.

His face knocks into the chest of the person who seemingly opened the door on the other side. “S-sorry” Yoongi mumbles, without looking up.
“Hey, are you good?” The voice asks. Yoongi finally looks up, almost in slow motion, and his eyes meet the other’s. Jeon Jungkook.

He recognizes him immediately, even in his drunken state. There’s no one in the school that doesn’t know Jungkook. Yoongi realizes they’ve never actually interacted before and gets nervous, but continues to reply, “y-yes, I just need to pee”.

Jungkook laughs and says, “well this is the door to my room, but I can show you the bathroom.” Yoongi nods and follows Jungkook’s lead. Jungkook shows him to the bathroom and Yoongi enters as quickly as possible. He does what he needs to do, washes his hands & looks in the mirror

He’s slightly blushed from the alcohol but he has to admit, he looks pretty good. His hair and makeup are still in tact. He exits the bathroom and before he makes another step, he sees Jungkook leaning on the wall. They make eye contact.

Yoongi doesn’t know what to do, so naturally, he breaks eye contact and starts to walk away, but he hears Jungkook ask, “what’s your name?” Yoongi gulps and answers, “Yoongi.” “I don’t think we’ve met before, I’m jungkook” he smirks.

Yoongi dumbly nods but they both know Yoongi already knows who he is.
“I’ve never seen your pretty face before. And trust me, I would’ve remembered your face.” If Yoongi was blushing before, he was really REALLY blushing now. He blames it on the alcohol.

“I d-don’t think we’ve met before..” Yoongi internally reprimands himself for continuously stuttering. Jungkook smiles, it’s extremely charming. “Did you come with someone?”
“Jimin,” Yoongi replies curtly. “Ah, Hoseok hyung’s friend.” Yoongi dumbly nods once again.

“What made you come tonight? I hear this isn’t really your guys’ scene.” Jungkook genuinely wonders. “Jiminie wanted to come and I like seeing him happy so, I agreed.” He replies honestly.
Something in Jungkook’s stomach tightened. “Oh, so you’re dating?” he asks.

“No! Just best friends,” yoongi giggles. And jungkook thinks he looks so pretty right now; and for some odd reason, Jungkook feels relieved that Jimin’s not his boyfriend.
“Good” he mumbles, but Yoongi doesn’t catch it. Before Jungkook can say anything else, Yoongi says,

“speaking of Jimin, I umm, should check if h-he’s doing okay.”
Jungkook wants to stop him but he doesn’t and lets him leave. If he was more drunk he might’ve asked him to stay. Too bad he was completely sober trying to control the party.
‘Next time’ he thinks.

Yoongi rushes out, his face completely flushed and hot. He finds Jimin wildin out on the dance floor, now with another guy that’s not Hoseok.
The rest of the night goes pretty uneventful for Yoongi, besides him having to drag Jimin to his house, whilst not waking his parents.

Taehyung spotted Yoongi entering the history class. Yoongi was wearing a hoodie 2 sizes too big but he looked quite adorable in it. Taehyung quickly shot Hoseok a couple texts before he got up to talk to him. He only had a couple minutes before class started.

“Hello” Taehyung started. Yoongi didn’t budge. “Yoongi?” Yoongi looked up slowly, with surprised eyes. He wasn’t used to random people talking to him, especially super popular ones. “Um yes?” he replied. “Hi! I don’t think we’ve officially met! I’m Taehyung” Tae replied brightly.

“H-hi, um did you need something?” Yoongi asks wearily. Why else would someone like Taehyung need to talk to him?
“Nope. Just wanted to say you look cute in your big hoodie” he said as he smiled.

Yoongi mumbles, “does everyone in that group like to throw compliments around..” Tae giggled, “no actually. That’s how you know it’s genuine.” Then Yoongi blushed, and mumbles something else, but Tae didn’t catch it.

Yoongi started to notice eyes on them. Lots of stares and whispers. Ah of course, this was a consequence of talking to one of the stars of the school. He felt more self conscious than before.
Trying to end the conversation, Yoongi says, “Jungkook told me not to talk to you..”

“Aw but why? Don’t you wanna be my friend” Tae was full pouting. Yoongi looked shocked, not expecting such a reaction. Tae leaned in closer to Yoongi, “Don’t tell me you’re just gonna listen to Kook” and Yoongi swore he could feel Tae’s breath on his neck.

He pulled back and smiled brightly. Yoongi gulped and said with a light voice, “okay”. “Does that mean we’re friends?” Tae beamed. And who would Yoongi be to deny such a face. “I-i guess?”

“Hey everyone! Yoongi and I are friends now” Tae shouted to the entire class. The entire class was surprised, Yoongi included. He could feel the entire class look at them (if they weren’t already looking) and he felt his face getting hot.

Yoongi was definitely not used to this attention. He’s almost positive that no one in that class knew he was before Tae’s outburst. Right then, the bell rang and the teacher walked into the classroom right on cue. “Okay class take your seats. I’m talking to you Taehyung”

the teacher said unamused.
“Yes sir!” Taehyung cheerily replied and practically skipped back to his seat. But of course, not before he looked at Yoongi once more and winked.
Ok, Yoongi was gonna die right then and there. The heat in his face did not seem humanly possible.

last part of today’s update !! 💕

The bell rang for lunchtime. ‘Finally’ Jungkook thought. He bolted out of the classroom determined to find Yoongi and eat with him. He was honestly going into this completely blind. Namjoon had a point; the school was huge. And Jungkook had no idea where the older boy sat.

After wandering the campus for 5 minutes, he goes up to a group of juniors, and asks “Hey do you guys know Min Yoongi?” They’re slightly surprised Jungkook asked them a question, but soon they all shake their heads. He asks a couple more students but none of them seem to know him

He was getting slightly frustrated.

‘Ok Jungkook, think. He definitely sits with that Jimin guy, and he knows Hoseok.. through dance!’ Right as Jungkook finished this thought, he sees Yugyeom, his friend who is conveniently on the dance team.

“Yugyeom!” He yells as he runs over. “Hey what’s up man?” He replies. Jungkook asks, “You know Jimin right?” Yugyeom nods, so Jungkook proceeds to ask, “Do you know where he sits during lunch?” “Oh yeah, I saw him eating in the B wing, super close to the dance studio,”

Yugyeom replies casually.

Jungkook beams, “Thanks dude, I owe you one.” Yugyeom looks confused but before he can ask anything, Jungkook’s already taken off for the B wing.

He realizes by he time he gets there’ll probably only be 15 minutes left, but he’ll take what he can get. Especially after what Taehyung did today, he’s determined to get closer with Yoongi.

He finally reaches the B wing and goes straight for the dance studio. Luckily he’s been there a couple times because of Hoseok. As he gets closer, he sees two figures sat on the ground and feels extremely relieved.

Jungkook finally reaches them and says a simple, “Hi”. Both heads slowly look up; one is not surprised and the other is very surprised. Yoongi’s eyes open wide but doesn’t know what to do. Jimin replies, “Hi? Did you need something?” “Do you mind if I eat lunch with you guys?”

Jungkook asks as he smiles, looking straight into Yoongi’s eyes. Yoongi shakes his head.
Jungkook lets out a sigh of relief he didn’t know he was holding in. He came in blindly, honestly ready for rejection; but he was pleasantly surprised.

Yoongi had a blush on his face, thinking back to the conversation they had. Jimin was hesitant at first, but they fell into a natural conversation very quickly. By the time lunch ended, Jimin and Jungkook were in a full argument about which sport is harder: soccer or football.

“Just because everyone cares more about football here, doesn’t mean it’s better!!” “I mean, they care for a reason don’t they?” Jungkook retorts. Yoongi giggles, and then they hear the bell ringing, signifying that lunch is over. Jungkook pouts.

“Where you headed?” Jungkook asks generally, although he’s really looking for Yoongi’s answer. “I’m staying in B wing and Yoongi hyung has to go to A wing” Jimin replied. ‘YES!!’ Jungkook thinks.
“Oh, I’m going to A wing too, we can go together” Jungkook beams at Yoongi.

“Bye hyung I’ll see you after school. Be careful,” Jimin said, whispering the latter sentence, kind of jokingly, but there was a hint of seriousness in his tone as well.
Yoongi got his backpack and they started walking toward A wing.

“So, I heard about you and Taehyung in history class” Jungkook mentions. Yoongi looks flustered, “people know about that already?” “Of course, Taehyung’s a popular guy.. and news in this school spreads fast. Also what happened to me saying to stay away from him?”

Yoongi shrugs, “He didn’t look like he’d stop bothering me till I agreed to be his friend. Speaking of, can I ask something?” Jungkook nods. “How does he even know me? And why did you eat with us today?”
Jungkook laughs and replies, “That’s two questions.

I’ll answer if I get to ask you two questions as well.” Yoongi reluctantly agreed. “So I might have mentioned you to my friends after the party. And then we looked for your twitter handle and saw some of your pictures. Honestly he’s doing this to annoy me, more than anything.”

“And why would that annoy you?” “It’s my turn to ask a question hyung” he teases. “Huh fine.” “What do you think of me?”
Yoongi is a little taken aback from the question. “U-umm”. “This isn’t me trying to flirt, I’m just genuinely curious” he replies, which is half true;

he did want to flirt but he didn’t want to scare him off.
“Honestly, ur less of an asshole than I would’ve thought. Most of my run ins with football players haven’t been that pleasant.” Jungkook frowns at that, “who?” “Don’t worry about it,” Yoongi smiles back reassuringly.

“We can talk about it another time.. wait is that all? I’m not an asshole” Jungkook pouts. Yoongi giggles, “hm you’re funny and not bad looking I guess.” Yoongi’s blushing now.

“That’s a big compliment coming from someone so beautiful.” Yoongi splutters And is now completely red. Trying to move on, Yoongi manages to say, “o-ok your turn.”
“I ate with you today because I want to get closer to you. I think it’s obvious I’m interested in you.”

‘What. Interested?’ yoongi blinks confusedly. “Ok!! My question. Would you—“ “oh! We’ve reached my classroom, I gotta go, bye Jungkook!!” And practically runs into the classroom. He’s never been so relieved.

Jungkook laughs. ‘He’s so cute’ he thinks. He doesn’t even mind that he ran away before his question; this gives him an excuse to talk to him again. Jungkook walks happily to his class, satisfied with his progress.

I’m not gonna be able to update for the next couple days bc I have finals this coming week >_< but after I’ll be on break, so I’ll be more consistent (hopefully)

Jungkook has been staring at the clock the entire hour of his English class. ‘2 more minutes’ he thinks. The teacher continues talking but jungkook started tuning him out at least 30 minutes ago.

The teacher is wrapping up, telling the class their homework assignment, when finally, the bell rings. Jungkook is out of the classroom before the teacher finishes his last statements.

He practically runs to his locker to grab his lunch, and then continues quickly to A wing. He doesn’t want to waste a single second that could possibly be spent with his hyung.

He reaches the 3rd floor of A wing in record speed, expecting to see Yoongi and Jimin sitting, eating lunch. But instead, he sees Yoongi with another guy, that’s definitely not Jimin, because this mysterious guy’s hair is a very distinctive silver color. In the next second,

Yoongi starts laughing, showing his beautiful gummy smile. Jungkook’s heart clenches at the sight.
Before he can join them,Yoongi is waving mysterious guy goodbye.
Jungkook walks towards Yoongi’s now seated position, and makes eye contact with him.Yoongi blushes and looks away.

Jungkook smirks; he’s glad he still has this effect on his hyung.
“Hyung!! Who were you just talking to?” “Oh, that’s Kihyun, we’re just working on a project together.” Jungkook frowns at that, but lets it go.

“Oh hyung, we don’t have practice today, so I can walk you home if you want” Jungkook beams as he says. “Ah, Taehyung is actually coming over today, so it’s ok..”
Jungkook starts choking on the sandwich he’s eating. After coughing a few times he manages to ask, “what?? why!”

Yoongi pats his back a little and says, “calm down, it’s for another project..”
“Well then, can I come?” “It’s for a project Jungkook! Why would you want to come?” “I can’t trust Taehyung to be alone with you, especially at your house” Jungkook retorts.

“Can’t trust him with what?”
Jungkook thought about that question. To be fair, it wasn’t like Yoongi was his boyfriend (yet) so he really didn’t have the right to be protective. He just knows Tae like to be a flirt, and of course he’s a handsome guy,

so naturally Jungkook would a little nervous.
“That you guys won’t get any work done! I swear I’ll just hang around, please??” Jungkook pouted. And how could Yoongi say no that? (Jungkook isn’t the only whipped one in this relationship).

“Fine” Yoongi huffed, and Jungkook smiled victoriously. Yoongi didn’t really get his reasoning but he didn’t have the heart to say no.
Jungkook then goes on to ask why Jimin was absent. “He’s trying to perfect his choreography for the showcase.”

“Well good thing I’m here to keep you company, right hyung??”
Jungkook smiles as he’s secretly glad he gets some alone time with his hyung.
The rest of lunch goes smoothly, the two talking about school and life in general.

Jungkook walls Yoongi to his next class and says, “See you after school hyung”, and winks. Yoongi turns a deep shade of red and doesn’t even acknowledge the goodbye and just walks into his classroom.

When he enters the class, he sees multiple students whispering and looking at him. They must’ve noticed Jungkook dropping him off. He felt slightly uncomfortable as he’s not used to any attention. He tries his best to ignore it as he continues to his seat.

ok short update, but next update will be the double date :)
HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE 💕

The rest of the week couldn’t go slower for Jungkook. He’s been excitedly waiting for Saturday to roll around, and now it was finally here. Although he had to share this day with Jimin and Namjoon, it was better than nothing, he thought.

Plus, Namjoon could drive them in his car, which is, in Jungkook’s opinion, the only benefit to this join date. Namjoon and he decided to take their dates to the amusement park. Cliche but they all had shown excitement about going.

After Namjoon picked him up, they headed towards Yoongi’s house. They arrived at exactly 3:27pm. Jimin texted them that they were 3 minutes too early, and said they were still getting ready. Right at 3:30pm, the door swings open and the two boys heads towards the car.

Jungkook gets out of the front seat so he can sit in the back with Yoongi.
Jungkook beams and takes a good look at his date. Yoongi’s drowning in his oversized flannel; there’s a sight blush on his face and some smudged eyeliner lining his cat-like eyes.

“You look good” Jungkook truthfully says. Yoongi’s now blusher much harder, whispers a “thanks” and quickly gets in the car. Jungkook giggles and joins him.
They all fall into a natural conversation and they soon reach Lotte World.

Jungkook thought Yoongi would appreciate the cute scenery and overall vibe of this park. He was right. Yoongi’s eyes were sparkling as he drank in the view of the park.

It was around 10 when they decided they were done with the amusement park. They were all exhausted as they spent a good 6 hours at the park. Namjoon dropped Jimin off at his house first. Jimin quickly gave him a peck on the cheek and yelled “I’ll text you!” before leaving the car

Namjoon was frozen until a whole minute later, Yoongi tapped his shoulder, and he snapped out of his haze. Yoongi giggled as Namjoon started driving towards Yoongi’s house.

Once they arrived, Jungkook walks Yoongi to his door. “Did you have fun today?” Jungkook asks, genuinely curious. “Yeah, it was amazing. Thanks for taking me today” Yoongi smiles at Jungkook. That smile reminded him just how whipped he was for Yoongi.

In his joyous state he asks, “Can I kiss you?” And Yoongi’s not one to kiss on the first date but he doesn’t want to say no. So he nods shyly and closes his eyes. Jungkook’s a little surprised he agreed, but quickly composed himself and grabs both sides of his hyung’s face.

It’s a very soft kiss, and Jungkook wants more but he stops himself. Yoongi’s eyes flutter open and asks, “will you take me out again?” Jungkook quickly replies, “Of course. Next time it can just be the two of us. If that’s okay with you.” “Sure” Yoongi giggles.

Jungkook knows Yoongi needs to get inside so he reluctantly says his goodbyes. Jungkook heads towards the car and once he’s almost there he’s tapped on the shoulder. He turns around and Yoongi kisses his cheek before running back off to his house and slams the door shut.

Jungkook can’t wipe the smile off his face for the rest of the night.

(Wow I just updated and forgot to upload like half of the beginning so I deleted n now I’m reuploading smfh)

Thursday evening rolls around and Yoongi and Jimin are getting dropped off by their Uber. Yoongi is nervous. Technically he’s met all of Jungkook’s friends before, besides Seokjin, but not enough for them to actually decide whether they liked him or not.

He’s pretty sure Taehyung liked his company, and Namjoon didn’t seem to annoyed during the double date. On the other hand, he had met Hoseok for a good 3 minutes at the party, and he never met Seokjin.

Jimin looked over and saw his hyung deep in thought and says, “hyung, stop worrying, they’re gonna love you”. Yoongi smiles back at him in response, and knocks on the door.

The night was filled with games and, eventually, alcohol. Jimin was right, they all loved Yoongi, he was shy, but in an endearing way. Halfway through the night, Yoongi stopped worrying so much and decided to actually have fun.

About 9 empty soju bottles later, Hoseok says, “oooh let’s play a game!!” “A drinking game!!” Jin supplies. They were all sat on the floor; none of them were outright drunk, but all were past the point of tipsy. “Never have i ever!” Jimin suggests.

Seokjin and Hoseok clap and agree loudly. The others were fully aware they didn’t really have a choice at this point. “Ok since Jimin suggested it, he can go first. everyone five fingers up!” Seokjin says loudly.

They do what they are told and all put five fingers up. “Hmmm.. Never have I ever, had sex with a girl!” Surprisingly, or not so surprisingly, only Hoseok and Jungkook fold a finger, both with a groan. Next is Namjoon’s turn. “ok, never have I ever, sent a nude!”

They continue on until everyone’s left with one or two fingers.
Seokjin and Hoseok both have two fingers still up, so Jungkook decides to bring them down to one, “Never have i ever, dated someone who is here right now” he smirks as he says.

He stares at both Hoseok and Seokjin as they each put a finger down, with clear annoyance in their faces. “Oh, I think Yoongi hyung and I just lost,” Jimin giggles. ‘Wait what?’ Jungkook thinks.

He’s been too focused on his other two hyungs, he didn’t notice Yoongi and Jimin folding their final finger.
“You guys dated???” Namjoon asks, genuinely surprised. “Yeah, but we decided we’re better off as friends. No need to worry” Jimin winks at Namjoon.

“How long did you date for?” Jungkook asks in a serious tone. “A little over a year?” Yoongi answers. “A year??!” Taehyung also looked surprised. “Ok, regardless,, Jimin and Yoongi lost so they get to drink the bitch cup~~” Seokjin teases.

The rest of the night goes by in a blur. All Jungkook could think about was: ‘Yoongi and Jimin dated? Do they still have lingering feelings for each other? It’s hard to believe they don’t; they see each other every day and are obviously still really close.

They’re also pretty touchy.. Is this why Yoongi chose to go to Jimin’s game and not his? Because he still has feelings for Jimin? Feelings that are stronger than his feelings towards Jungkook? Wait does he even like Jungkook in that way?’

Wow, ok, Jungkook knew he needed to chill. He was getting too into his own head; the alcohol not doing anything to help.

Everyone except for Jimin and Yoongi decided to stay over at Seokjin’s for the night. They all bid each other goodbye, and Jungkook watched as Jimin and Yoongi exited the house, hand in hand. He couldn’t get proper sleep as that image replayed in his head all night long.

It was game time.
Jungkook tried to get his head back in the game during his jog, but it only helped so much. He already had so much in his head because of Yoongi and Jimin, but now he had Tae’s comments running through his head as well.

“Jungkook! Did you hear me?” His coach yells at him. “Huh? Uh no sorry coach” Jungkook replies sheepishly. ‘Ok concentrate’ he says to himself. His coach goes over the play again and in the next moment, he’s in the middle of the field.

The first 20 minutes of the game go normally. He’s not playing his best, but it could be a lot worse, to his credit. He sees his friends in the crowd cheering for him, putting a smile on his face.

The next play, he’s on offense. As the quarterback, he’s running for the ball once he sees it in the air. He runs as fast as he can and catches the ball. ‘Ok now let’s just run to the—‘ before his thought could be completed, he feels the air leave his

lungs. He gets tackled by the biggest player on the other team.
Jungkook is knocked onto his side and heaving; it’s hard for him to breathe. His senses are all over the place. But he does notice a crowd forming around him, and hears yelling. Lots of yelling.

He next thing he knows he’s getting carried and then hauled into an ambulance, and he thinks he sees Seokjin enter the vehicle with him, before he blacks out.

Right as Jin and Namjoon walked out of the hospital room, Yoongi stood up abruptly out of his chair. “Is he okay??” Yoongi asks desperately. “Yeah he’s fine. He kicked us out because he wants to see you,” Jin says as he rolls his eyes. “Don’t worry, he’s perfectly sane.”

Yoongi let out a breath he didn’t know he was holding.
“He does have a concussion and a broken bone,” Namjoon says. “Don’t worry too much though, he’s a tough boy,” he finishes with a reassuring smile.

“Thank god, it could’ve been so much worse.. guess I’ll go in?” Yoongi says. “Yeah, please keep him company. He doesn’t want us anyway,” Jin says jokingly. “We’re gonna go back to the game for Tae and Hobi. Text any of us if anything happens!!!” Jin says.

“Of course!” Yoongi replies. They exchange goodbyes and Yoongi finally walks into the room, sliding the door closed behind him.
“Hyung!!” Jungkook exclaims excitedly. “Kookie, how’re you feeling?” Yoongi asked worriedly. “I feel perfect now that you’re here. But,,

what about Jimin’s game?”
“He understands, Kookie. He knows how much I care for you, and your safety is very important to me” Yoongi says honestly, with a slight blush on his cheeks.

“Hyung that’s so sweet, uwu.”
“Did you just uwu in real life?”
“Yes uwu”
“Wait so how did you let yourself get hurt anyway??” Yoongi urges.

“Honestly, I had a lot on my mind, which is never good before a game. Tae and I got into a little argument. I don’t know, nothing was going the way I wanted,” Jungkook replies.
“You and Tae fought?” The elder asks concerned. “Hmm, kinda. We just have to talk it out.

After the game’s over of course.”
“Did you wanna talk about what was on your mind?” Yoongi asks.
“Do you like me hyung?” Jungkook asks suddenly. “W-what?” Yoongi stutters.

“That’s what I was thinking about, honestly. I’ve come to realize that I really like you and your company. You’re so sweet and cute and funny and small and amazing. I’m usually so confident when pursuing someone but none of those people were half as good as you.

I was feeling insecure about my feelings,” Jungkook spills.
“Kookie, of course I like you back. You have no reason to be insecure,, if anything, I should be. You’re literally everyone’s crush, you’re funny, handsome, fit, literally perfect and-“

“Don’t feel insecure hyung, trust me. I like you so much. You’re more than perfect,” Jungkook smiles. Being the softie that Yoon is, a tear leaves his eye. Jungkook pulls him in for a hug and kisses his neck. Yoongi squeezes a little tighter and then Jungkook winces.

“Oh my god Kook! Did I hurt you?” Yoongi asked startled. “Mm I think you did. I think you need to kiss me better..”
“Oh my god, you scared me >_<“
“But hyung it hurts ;(( kiss it better for me”

Yoongi rolls his eyes (as fondly as possible) and connects their lips together, because can Yoongi ever say no to Kook? “Hey princess?” Jungkook says after they break the kiss. “Yes Kook?”
“Will you be my boyfriend?”
