There will be a lot of speculation about these "second" and "third" paragraphs.
Meanwhile in DC, the Manafort filing on his breaches of the plea agreement is apparently in but not on PACER just yet. The judge has filed an order indicating some of it will be redacted. (I'm betting a lot will be.)
I should say the special counsel's* filing on Manafort's breaches of the plea agreement. Forgive me my brain is fried after this week.

Toilets are overflowing at national parks, commercial air travel is threatened by a wildcat sick-out at the nation’s airports, and 800k federal workers are facing significant financial distress—all over a basic mnemonic device for a weak-minded President that slipped its chains.
This is one discrete crisis America is facing that is traceable to the President’s severely limited capacities, his resulting suggestibility, and his inability to distinguish America’s national interests from his own peculiar needs. There are dozens of such crises at this point.
So anyways... Who else is looking forward to the State of the Union address? Exciting stuff.

1. Despite Trump openly/blatantly dangling pardons, Flynn decided to cooperate - in a "timely" manner, and apparently was also very very helpful. IMO, this kinda pokes a giant hole in the "he's gonna pardon everyone!!!!" theory.
