The Editor of Live Political Programmes at the BBC, @RobBurl, is now trolling me by suggesting I made up my assertion I have messages from a senior BBC journalist saying they do code negative imagery about Corbyn into their broadcasts. 1/3
Here are those messages. 2/3
I will not publicly release the name of that senior journalist. But I will mutually agree with @robburl the name of a senior lawyer who I will show the messages to and who will certify that the journalist is an important figure in BBC News.

There's a perfectly sensible case for a Party leader making policy from on high. But it's pretty grim watching smart folk on the Left demean themselves trying to pretend that's not what Corbyn is doing.
Question for all those folks insisting member-led democracy was served because delegates got to vote on a motion: why didn't they get to vote on whether Labour should commit to a referendum given how over 100 constituencies and at least three quarters of members wanted one?
It's a free country. Subscribe to whatever delusion makes you happy. Just don't expect anyone whose head is screwed on such that their nose and toes point in the same direction to join you in it.

Of the 1,360 odd *salaried* (ie full-time, permanent) judges in England and Wales the number who are "black or black British" is 7. That's right, about half of one percent.

In a fairly substantial victory for Trump and his attorney Charles Harder, Judge Otero has awarded him 75% of what he requested in attorney fees against Stormy Daniels based on the anti-SLAPP motion victory in her bogus defamation case. /1
/2 Daniels, you'll recall, through the conspicuously-less-ubiquitous-now-than-previously Michael Avenatti, sued Trump over his tweet suggesting she made up being threatened in a parking lot. Rhetorical hyperbole and not a provable statement of fact, Judge Otero said correctly.
/4 So Otero granted Trump's anti-SLAPP motion. That was the right call. Trump, through Harder, demanded $389,403.11 in attorney fees, and then asked Otero to sanction ANOTHER $389,403.11, possibly just to get Avenatti to lose his shit in open court.

My company was raided. It should have been a straightforward matter. But the #MetPolice & #LBRUT forgot to seize my computer & came back to do a 2nd raid. The search warrant didn't permit a second entry, however, #LBRUT entered unlawfully

Complaints were then made to my MP #VinceCable. He liaised with the #Metpolice & #LBRUT. And then weeks later, the search warrant was completely changed & was passed off as the search warrant executed on the day of the raids.

Agh!! No. This is the BBC's editor of live political programmes. It's not "disputed". The Electoral Commission is the legal regulator and it found Vote Leave had broken the law. That's like calling a murder verdict "disputed". The murderer might dispute it but he's still guilty

1) How significant was the election impact of Russian hacking & leaking of the proceeds of the crime using WikiLeaks as a front? Very significant. We can visualize it by looking at some salient data from Gallup, among others.
