Providing a cover letter stating:

"the first version, which was digitally signed and certified in February 2017, inadvertently contained a header labeled “DRAFT DOCUMENT/DELIBERATIVE MATERIAL"

seems like a rather unproductive way to keep the judge from noticing anything.

The idea that Judge Sullivan is somehow susceptible to being "tricked" is nonsense.

Judge Sullivan is precisely the Judge one would want for the Flynn Case.

And there is zero chance he missed Mueller's cover letter.
Addendum: Judge Sullivan is also the one who ordered the Mueller Team to turn over all exculpatory evidence in Feb. 2018.

You would be hard pressed to find a judge less tolerant of government misconduct.

McCabe may well have altered and/or edited the Flynn 302s.

As I note in today's piece, I think McCabe has been under investigation since at least July 2017 - probably earlier. theepochtimes.com/was-strzoks-au…
And if McCabe did alter the Flynn 302s, Judge Sullivan already knows he did so.

3) Flynn’s speaker bureau, Leading Authorities, was paid $45,000 for the event. Flynn received $33,000 of the total.

Flynn reportedly joined the Trump campaign in late Feb 2016 as an informal advisor on foreign policy matters—although his actual start date is not entirely clear.

Well the Strzok Pientka 302 was filed one day after Andrew McCabe authorized Peter Strzok that the "f 302" was good to launch!
Mueller's office claims the FBI 302 was inadvertantly labelled as "Draft Document/Deliberative Material" which would mean it would likely not show up in some searches discovery. But that was corrected in May 2017.
Well, that was rather unenlightening. I guess we will have to wait for more information to determine where the agents said he lied. They reminded him about a call. Flynn also caveated a few things with he didn't recall discussing topics. Not outright denying them. Curious indeed.

“The Russia investigation wasn't launched because of Carter Page.” That has nothing to do with the warrant. I’m not even sure why they included it, other than to confuse their readers. Who cares how the investigation started? What’s the probable cause for the warrant?
“The so-called dossier formed only a smart part of the evidence used to meet the legal burden of establishing "probable cause" that Page was an agent of Russia.” Of course they go on to NOT list any of the rest of the evidence. Because they can’t.

The Lawfare blog has come out in defense of the FISA warrants. What to Make of the Carter Page FISA Applications lawfareblog.com/what-make-cart… It’s pretty weak tea.
It begins by reviewing the history leading up to the release of the applications, verifications and warrants, including the Nunes and Dem memos. It goes without saying that they defend the Democrat version since they are leftists themselves.
But then he begins his argument by discussing the footnote revealing Steele’s bias.

I’m starting a thread to document things I find in the FISA warrants that were just released. These will be in the form of observations I make as I work my way through it. First of all, the 412 pages includes all four warrants and the associated documentation.
Secondly, the first thing that stands out to me is that the FBI perjured themselves in the application for the warrant. Why do I say this? Because it includes this.

First read of the AMDFLAWS whitepaper (no real technical details given) is: “over-hyped beyond belief”.

This is a whitepaper worthy of an ICO.

And yes, that is meant to be an insult.
It begins with a statement which is clearly set up for financial readers as they quote the FTC and by page 2 it is a flurry of mediabites (“bad actors”, “espionage”, “disregard for fundamental security principles”).
The actual footnote about the “FTC audit” is about Asus insecure home routers… Not that anyone reads beyond “FTC!! ZOMG!1!!1!”

The sentence “This raises concerning questions regarding security practices, auditing, and quality controls at AMD” is classic financial auditor talk…
