Weird request: are there any experts with a serger out there who might be able to churn out some hoodies like this?

[ or just similar face panels that match the color of a commercially available hoodie ]

Note: this isn't for cosplay or handing candy out to children.
The hoodie is an ideal base: a detachable face panel allows one to quickly deploy and hide the costume portion of the hoodie, as may be needed in, say, a courtroom setting or congressional hearings.

(though I'd prefer magnets to snaps)

A brief tale if I may. Today is kind of a sad day. In about an hour, my work of almost exactly 20 years gets turned off. Last spring we decided to hand over our company website to a 3rd party for dev & maintenance. "My" website.
As some of you know, I work at Kinnikinnick Foods, 1 of the original gluten free companies. KF was started in 1991 here in Edmonton. My mom was diagnosed with celiac in 1987 & there was nothing much commercially available to eat. She found KF & the products were like nothing else
At this time, I was living in Calgary and while I was making some art, my main thing was in a band, recording and trying to succeed playing original music on the prairies in the 90's.

Last night, I was at a Christmas party, and this nice gentleman struck up a conversation with me. Asked what I do. I told him. He said he works in the Trump administration. He then says: "I vote Republican, but I'm socially liberal." Let's discuss this for a second.
I get that there are folks in D.C. who work in the Trump administration who don't support Trump but want to serve our country capably. I recognize that nuance. I also get there are some conservatives who don't support Trump at all and walk the walk on social equality.
But this gentleman put to me that a) he's a Republican, b) works in the administration, and c) regrettably votes for the GOP, BUT... wants me to know that he's on my side.

That is a summary of the first 90 seconds of our conversation.

I did something similar to this 5 years ago, in anticipation of EC & @theroots' Wise Up Ghost LP, on tumblr.

(You can still find all those posts if you look, although a lot of the YouTube links etc are now dead ends. It was 40 Days Of EC then, so for 2018 I'm upping it to 45.)
Mostly I will be going chronologically from the early years right up to the present, but it feels right to start out with Costello's 2002 song, "45."

Jimin wouldn’t allow himself to be trapped on his shift for any longer than necessary.

“Go, go,” Taehyung hurried, taking Jimin’s apron to let him slip out from behind the counter more quickly. Jimin decided he could get the grounds out from under his nails at home.
This morning had been absolute hell. Two girls ordered seven drinks, Jimin made them all only for them to say they were supposed to be with almond milk.

‘Oh I’m so sorry,’ was he all he had legally been allowed to say at the time, while his mind had far more colorful ideas.
With Jimin officially clocked out, he slumped on the customer side of the now empty service counter, looking to his friend with tired eyes.

“You wanna grab dinner later?”
“I can’t, remem—?
“Ah, right...”

Jimin’s disappointment vanished as Taehyung suddenly smiled to himself.
