When he's not actively speaking, he just randomly wanders around the room bumping into furniture like a 1st gen Sim.
Put everything else aside, this is a deeply, deeply weird man.

I'll bet he smells baffling, just baffling.
It would not surprise me to see him eat a mouse, a living mouse, like an owl or something. Tail twitching out of the corner of the mouth.

In American history, politicians once took the position that slavery is such an absolute good, that it was worth dissolving the country and going to war to preserve it—but I can see how that’s not as radical as not wanting to waste $5b on a racist steel fence.
I’ve always thought “let’s ignore a threat of extinction to preserve Q3 profits” is the most radical possible standpoint since “let’s destroy the country in a war to preserve slavery” but then again unlike Jim I’ve never ignored a serial shower rapist, so

To repeat: A shutdown and failed government is the Republican endgame and has been for decades.
Likewise, a level of corporate control over all areas of expression is and always has been part of the Republican plan, for decades.

There’ll still be free expression, of course. But only for those who can earn it.
The whole idea is to let things fail and then turn them over to corporations. The billionaires who pay them will get to profit off of more and more aspects of our public life.

It's the whole scam. Grand theft of our shared life together. Civic vandalism.

It was always the plan.

This reaction is the product of an unquiet conscience.
Gillette suggested as men we should do better than to excuse bad behavior.

Any man who sees that rather obvious statement as an attack on their identity is telling us something about themselves.
And using those killed in WWII as your proxies to defend today’s culture of normalized violence, is cowardice.

WWII was humanity’s apotheosis of normalized violence.

Those who died in it are dead. I daresay if you asked them, they’d have rather been alive.

Speaking of this, let's talk about Robert Bowers and Rebel Media, since Ezra's Organ did everything it could to foster & radicalize Robert Bowers before he murdered eleven Jews at the Tree of Life Synagogue.

Canada is becoming a leading exporter of global terrorism.
The link and support to Bowers is through Ezra's former prized hit man, Jack Posobiec. Posobiec ran the DC "bureau" of Rebel Media. He is now fomenting race war somewhere else, but in mid-2017, he was working for Rebel Media and trying to make a conspiracist film about Seth Rich.
Posobiec worked with two DC-area brothers named Edward and Jeffrey Clark in the making of that film. The Clark brothers are (or rather were) neo-Nazis and interested in promoting race war in the United States. They seemed to enjoy working for Posobiec (and by extension Rebel).

Alterna has multiple platforms to publish whatever open letter they want, journalists are not under any obligation to help them spread that open letter, and to be frank, running these open letters does not add to your journalism, it detracts from it.
Your main job as a journalist is to report on the facts of a situation and help readers understand what is going on. Publishing passive aggressive, manipulative open letters from entities like Alterna adds to the confusion and helps legitimize their antics, don't indulge them.

I keep thinking back to a discussion a few months on reddit about THE BELGARIAD. Several comments were made about it being cliche and pedestrian, and someone said, “Yeah, it’s a fine story, but it’s never going to be a classic.”
And all I could think to respond was, “It’s over thirty years later and we’re still talking about it. How is that NOT ‘a classic’?
But that got me thinking- I cite THE BELGARIAD (and THE MALLOREON, its sequel series) as one of my influential works. But what is that influence? I know I’ve read the whole series several times. My copies of the books are in terrible shape.

Excellence is dependent on other people, like judges, examiners, teachers, assessors, inspectors, auditors. But we can't control these people and whether they think we're excellent or not.

#b 'Teknik menjawab' is not a series of rituals that you carry out to secure an A in the exam. You don't get guaranteed an A just through superficial actions like highlighting keywords or drawing meniscus or inserting isi tersirat.
The problem is students and teachers treat teknik menjawab as some sort of pseudo magical ritualistic gestures that will bring a certain outcome. Draw a pentagram, slaughter a chicken, and your wish will be granted.
