Roger Jason Stone, Jr., 66, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, was arrested in Fort Lauderdale on Jan. 25, 2019, following an indictment by a federal grand jury on Jan. 24, 2019, in the District of Columbia.
The indictment, which was unsealed upon arrest, contains seven counts: one count of obstruction of an official proceeding, five counts of false statements, and one count of witness tampering.

We are deeply saddened by the tragic accident in Brumadinho, Brazil, where a burst dam has led to terrible loss of life and property. Our thoughts and prayers go out to those who have been affected, and we offer our condolences to the families of those who have passed away.
Our hearts are with the Brazilian people in this terrible moment, and we are continuing to monitor events on the ground. The United States stands ready to assist the Brazilian government in any way possible.

FOLKS: It would be incorrect to think the Watergate team’s only guide to Congress was the Road Map you’ve heard about. It’s true the Road Map the team turned over on March 1, 1974 had no analysis and no statutory cites. But it was NOT the only document produced that day. 1/
The day they turned over the Road Map, the Watergate team unsealed an indictment that alleged the entire cover-up, how it was executed, who the participants were and what crimes were committed. It was a blockbuster that pointed directly to Nixon as an unindicted coconspirator. 2/
So the Road Map was spare because it was a guide, with cites to GJ evidence, to the U.S. v. Mitchell indictment that charged 7 Nixon top aides with conspiracy to defraud the U.S. (i.e. Internet Research), obstruct justice, make false statements to the U.S. and commit perjury. 3/
