@Vodacom @Lesufi Once you have decided on a new network provider, It generally costs about R1.00 to purchase a new SIM card. Take you ID and proof of residence to the store selling the SIM card of your new network provider.

Ultimately Vodacom must decide if they wan to #PayMakate or not

RICA your SIM card
SMS #portme#serialnumber# (note: this is the RICA serial number of your new Cell C SIM) to 084 767 8287 from your MTN, Vodacom or Virgin Mobile SIM card.

Buy, RICA and load airtime onto a Virgin Mobile SIM card.
After a successful activation, you will receive a temporary Virgin Mobile number. SMS “PORT ME” from your Vodacom SIM card followed by your newly activated Virgin Mobile number to 30977

If your contract is not expiring in the next 3 months, & u are currently spending more than your package, Limit usage to the contract minimum. Don't reward them

@Vodacom @Lesufi If your contract with Vodacom is expiring in the next 3 months and you want to join the protest action against Vodacom for their refusal to #PayMakate, call them or a Voda store to lodge your formal intention to terminate your contract when it expires.

@Vodacom @Lesufi If you are a top-up contract customer of Vodacom and your contract is not expiring in the next 3 months, but you want to protest against their refusal to #PayMakate here is what to do.

Don't top up. Only use the minimum & use alternative network providers once u exhaust package
