We are able to confirm absolutely that yes the PM is proceeding with brexit, which she admits is her own personal decision, in full knowledge that the referendum is a site of corruption which she will not investigate or quantify
However, when we noted “unblemished” it in fact said “untarnished”
The Prime Minister is on record as embarking on brexit, her personal choice, in full knowledge that the referendum is tarnished, but with no idea how much.

This is the only foundation for her decision

Sat in High Court. The grounds of @UKEUchallenge are going to ensure some revealing facts emerge about this #brexit.

The notification of withdrawal act 2017 merely gave the PM permission to notify a decision which hasn’t been made according to our constitutional requirements.

Court cannot quash result of the ref bc it was not legally binding. Claimants seek declaration result is invalid bc of breach of spending &fraud. Gov are treating something which was advisory as binding. Ct plays essential role in looking at process which led to this result.

The Mueller enquiry will soon see @Nigel_Farage be extradited to the USA :
1. Russian spies gave Trump Hilary’s stolen data
2. Trump gave it to Farage on a USB Drive
3. Farage gave it to Assange in the Ecuador Embassy. He published it to Wikileaks.

Farage is guilty of handling
stolen goods, aiding and abetting electoral fraud and treason

This will result in a discovery process in which Farage’s records will reveal to Mueller the scale of foreign interference in Brexit.

Thanks to the work of journalists like @carolecadwalla , the @CommonsCMS Fake News investigation and @ElectoralCommUK, we now have more insight into the advertising metrics from campaigns run on Facebook during the EU referendum on behalf of Vote Leave

Here’s a suggestion: Did @realDonaldTrump ask you how you plan to maintain UK’s top tier armed forces? Will you fully fund defence?
Another missed opportunity to press @theresa_may on how she will fix funding gap in future @DefenceHQ plans. It needs mix of serious reform to improve efficiency & emergency injection of £
Most of all the PM needs to make a decision instead of enabling damaging delay to continue

1) What Dominic did
There may be solid behind the scenes reasons for Grieve voting against his own amendment, but what he did today is very symbolic
Other votes were important but this was the big one, the meaningful vote, and Grieve has made a grave error for a number of reasons
2) Firstly the entire Labour "soft #Brexit" strategy was built around the meaningful vote. It may have been real, it may have been fluff, but it was one potential line of defence that Grieve has now weakened.

Labour were clear and the 6 tests were being mentioned again
3) Secondly the meaningful vote amendment was something everyone could get behind & was hard to criticize.

EEA amendments had pros & cons and didn't satisfy all anti brexiters but this was easy to defend and support across the spectrum
