Me, whisper-shouting in the theater at the Mr. Rogers documentary:

“Officer Clemmons was gay?!”

Child-me’s mind: blown.
I understand why it didn’t happen, but my soul longs for the episode where Daniel Tiger asks Lady Evelyn what it means to be gay, and she explains about love and how everyone is worthy of it.
This is why I’m so grateful as a parent to folks like @chrisdocnee for Doc McStuffins and Vampirina - great modern kids television that teaches children how to be empathetic fixers and to embrace their differences.

“we’re all in this together” uniquely applies to a group of people who have opted into sealing themselves into a metal tube that will propel itself through the air at high altitudes for 6 hours on purpose

Here’s video of the Jussie Smollett interview that aired this morning. He’s asked about walking to get food in sub-zero temps at 2 AM:

“Subway is open 24 hours for a reason. So when you hungry at night and you ain’t got no food you go to Subway”

If you can’t watch here are the highlights:

-he didn’t want to call the cops initially b/c he didn’t want to play in to the stereotype that gay men are “weak”

-he took cops to the exact location of the attack and there was a camera above the spot but it was facing the wrong way
-he says if he had said his attackers were Muslim or Mexican more people would believe him,

-she asks about not handing over his phone to the police tech guy for a few hours. He repsonds “I’m sorry, but I’m not going to do that” b/c of the private phone numbers and pics he has

Cost reduced to ZERO for the DHFL spreads thru scalping. Now will wait out with the spreads for the whole expiry.
This is the 3rd scalp I have done after I initiated the spreads

This was today's scalp
System : ScalperX3-Scalp Mode
Total cost of the debit spreads ( 4 contracts) was around 15k, that has been reovered.
Hence the spreads are now #free 😀

A few years ago we realised the museum was – among many other things – ‘too brown’, so we had a makeover.

As in, rip-out-the-organs-dust-down-the-bones-and-start-again makeover.

Today is my favorite day of the semester, because it's the first discussion section meeting for the course on terrorism that I TA, and we get to talk about definitions!
Definitions sound very boring, true, and as such a poor way to get students excited about the class. But the definition of terrorism is a different matter.
I start by showing them Title 22 of the U.S. Code, which is the official legal definition of terrorism in the U.S. It's pretty boilerplate. Then I show them the DoD definition...which is different.
