The special counsel's office has filed its sentencing memo for Paul Manfort. They say the situation "presents many aggravating sentencing factors and no warranted mitigating factors."
That's legalese for "throw the book at him."

Bottom line — prosecutors paint a very damning picture of Paul Manafort, but the new filing does not seem to add to our understanding of key issues in the Russia investigation
