I have a few thoughts on Michael Cohen's testimony about WikiLeaks.
First, it provides more detail than Roger Stone's indictment, which is vague on who Stone spoke with at this time.
But here's a key issue — the indictment doesn't say that Stone spoke on the phone with Julian Assange, or communicated with him directly in any other way.
So if Stone did speak to Trump at this point, as Cohen alleges, was he telling the truth about WikiLeaks? Or was he trying to embellish his own role in hopes of pleasing him?
