Here is the only point estimation strategy that can possibly work: If it is obviously small then it is small. If it is obviously large then it is large. If there is ANY disagreement, mark it medium and move on.
You do not need to spend 10 minutes arguing about whether something is 2 or 3 points when your 2 point stories take anywhere from 1 hour to 1 week and your 3 point stories take anywhere from 1 hour to 1 week.
For the record, I believe that most teams are incapable of making use of data more nuanced than "number of stories completed" and should not even bother with point estimation.

1/ Mac/OSX on ARM: What might it mean? What are the options? Is this really that complicated?

I have thoughts :-)

tl;dr IMHO, end to end, this is a lot more difficult than many seem to be saying.
2/ Obvious answer, and one that seems to be most often touted, is porting OS X to ARM gives Apple a best of both worlds product: power of “professional” Mac + app ecosystem of iOS (ARM). Why not!?!

In tech, almost nothing claimed best of both worlds is. (eg Android on ChromeOS)
3/ Primary issue in thinking this way is to think of the worlds being combined using their current expressions of features/benefits.

This fails to ask both “what problem is being solved” (design, product manager) and what constraints get added in the process (engineering).

Trump is a big top fraud, a showman. He's PT Barnum.

His entire schtick is to blow everything up, create the mad frenzy and wait for the poor saps and suckers who actually care to put it all back together.
2.) If they succeed and things re-form into something close or better than what was there before; great, it was all his design.

If they fail he claims failure was inevitable and throws the responders under the bus for not fixing things.
3.) He treats the media the same way. Tweet, sit back to watch the media frenzy. How did they react to him? What did they say about him? Hey, look over here > > >....

While they build up sales and clicks following the lied piper and his insane Twitter antics, what's happening?
