When you read something, how do you know the people who wrote it are stupid? How do you taint a jury pool? By letting out all criminal information about a certain person. If you want to prevent a person from being prosecuted, you make sure everyone knows what they did!
So while people are gloating over the information they are reading. Every person who reads it will form an opinion. Those who form an opinion can not be on a jury. Whether you are for a person or against them, it would exclude you from that jury. That's just how it works.
Makes you wonder why all this information is coming out now, don't you. What is the real intention of the people releasing it? They say public awareness right? Public awareness is another meaning for tainting the jury pool. If you studied law, you know exactly what i am saying.
Its not enough to arrest someone for a particular crime, you have to be able to find a jury to convict them. Without a jury, that person would be set free by the judge. The prosecution would make a statement. We can not find a jury to try this person. The judge-Case Dismissed!😠
And that my friends is how it really works. None of this fantasy talk. How many corrupt judges are there? How many corrupt DA's-Prosecutors? Indicting a person does not make them guilty. Only a jury can do that, or the person pleads guilty. Makes you sick, doesn't it? 😠😠😠😠
The very fact that people are so stupid, or maybe they are doing it on purpose. Sharing every single crime a certain person has done. Telling everyone what they did, how they did it, and with whom they did it. Its like the Key Stone Cops. Only this is not comedy. Makes me mad!😠
This is what being truly woke means. You understand the whole process.
