Imagine how much better Blue Teams would be if Red Teams realized they weren’t Conor McGregor, they’re his sparring/training partner that virtually nobody knows.

If RED thinks they’re the ones showing up at the fight, they have got the date, venue, and match WRONG.
Red Teams would probably operate differently if they realized the Blue Team’s performance for the REAL FIGHT was a direct reflection on them.
Think this way: if the Blue Team wasn’t ready to handle X event, that’s on you, as a Red Teamer. Changes things, doesn’t it?
Using the same TTPs over and over again? Then a real incident happens and your blue team is less prepared for the TTPs of the actor. That’s on you.
Before you begin your next red team campaign, imagine that 1 month after it’s over, your blue team will go through the real deal. Will you feel pride that you trained them? Will you pretend it’s not your responsibility? Will you feel regret that you could have done more?
Red: remember you’re not the main event. You’re the strength coach, the nutritionist, the personal trainer, and occasional kicking post for the superstar: Blue.

That’s your job.
