This is TRUE but do you want to know why? I had a great IRA but due to Obama's poor economy I couldn't get a good paying job DESPITE being well qualified. I lost my great job as a legal secretary but I wasn't " fathered in" for the family leave act as a caregiver for my dad.

I'll tell you WHY, Bloomberg. Not only was I unable to take advantage of the Family Care Act, after losing my job I was FORCED OUT OF NYS because of extortionistic TAXES. My property taxes were more than my mortgage! I couldn't get back on my feet. NO JOBS on Long Island.

I had to sell my HOME & move to Florida where the job market was even worse due to OBAMA. I was a legal secretary. I was unable to get a job because I was in my 50's and Caucasian. That's right. White! Old! So I was thrown to the back of the bus. I always came in 2nd.

So...I had to get creative. Start a business. Etc etc. I had to use IRA money (my retirement funds) just to SURVIVE. And I was taxed greatly on that money to the point where God bless my sister had to bail me out of a $12,000 tax debt! Now, I finally own a bookstore.

I love my bookstore! But it's not enough. My IRA is gone. I needed the IRA money to survive. I had to take SS early. I HAVE NO HEALTHCARE. I'm only 62. If I get sick I die. For all of my life every job I had gave me healthcare. Now I'm on my own.

I get NO SOCIAL SERVICES. I get NO FOOD STAMPS. I HAVE NO HEALTHCARE. But I pay Florida Sales Tax for my struggling business. My husband is a 72 year old chronically ill Veteran who still has to work. He's on the books. He lost everything because his DEAD WIFE had MS.

My husband had to divest himself of EVERYTHING in order to get his deathly ill wife on Florida Medicaid. EVERYTHING! THIS is why we have no retirement aside from Social Security. THIS is why we can never retire. We are FREAKING TIRED. Working hard all of our lives.

For nothing. Maybe Bloomberg should write about how Obama screwed all of us boomers. Talk to me. Talk to US. I know we are not alone.
