If you care to know.

*Each Smart Card Reader(SCR) attached to a polling point have an E-collation and Accreditation software installed.

*During the voting process, APO (responsible for SCR) were asked to transmit within intervals of 30 minutes accredited data

*At the end of the vote, PO launches the E-collation app using one of the SCR under her jurisdiction.

*Results are inputted against Party name as shown on the app. The collation must be correct before submission.

*This results are transmitted to a RATECH (one per Ward).

* INEC provided each RATECHs with a Tablet for E-validation and onward transmission to central server.

* The results sent from each PU's SCR are verified and snapshot of the sheet taken. It must correspond before sending.

*The RATECH sends validated results to server and reject those unverifiable one, the PO will have to do it all over again.

In Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa & Niger state, while PO and RATECHs were busy collating these results.

INEC as na institution was crippled because of the failure of President to sign the new electoral law.

These law would have enforced the electoral body to use the e-collated results.

The judiciary will always find it difficult to accept any results outside the electoral law.
