This chap has a particular outlook on the world. Calls himself a 'journalist'. Stood to be an Independent Cllr in Durham. No connection as far as I am aware to the Labour Party. But he seems to have a particular gripe with the Leader of Durham County Council. /2
He was also arrested of placing a bounty on the heads of Councillors in Durham. He sounds lovely! /3
