Seema to me for over 300+ years the laws all over the globe favored and empowered ONE skin-tone - (white) over another (black). I'm saying for centuries trillions were stolen and put into European coffers - people were enslaved, murdered to accomdate you is all I'm saying.
I'm not some politicaly-correct black progressive, Miss. Daisy, and I can enage you on terms, and in a language that you are familiar with.
I Am a Black Conservative - not a Black progressive.

So per @NBCNews, these are the latest fundraising rankings.
These are significant because #Warren is after #Sanders and #Harris in the polls where they rank 1st and 2nd (not counting Biden since he's not in) but her fundraising is below #Booker.
As these money rankings stay, Warren is in trouble for the debates like Castro and Gillibrand are because of the rules on how fundraising numbers = viability. Not making the debates would be terrible since #Warren & #Gillibrand are the most progressive & #Castro the only Latinx.
Also, these daily totals are averaged, but they aren't representative as a metric because all these candidates entered at different times & Sanders never stopped fundraising from 2016.
The question is, how much is no big donors hurting #Harris & #Warren?

#warren/#buttigieg 2020. Tell me why I'm wrong.
I was really hoping to elect a person of color, and I still have some interest in Harris. But she's getting too much heat for her prosecutor background. Besides Warren has the most policies that align with my view of America, AND she knows how to make those goals achievable!
And Buttigieg... I'm still learning about his ability to govern, but I'm continually impressed by how worldly and hella SMART he is. and he's obviously had some inside experience of oppression as a gay man from middle America.

With all the sudden interest in yearbooks, it's worth noting they've long been a tool used by #desegregation lawyers to uncover evidence of the “vestiges” of a school district's prior dual system. Here's a quick thread on my experience using HS yearbooks. 1/
As a DOJ civil rights lawyer (during early ‘00s) reviewing district compliance w/court-ordered deseg plans, I’d request all their yearbooks mainly to get a sense of whether extracurriculars/sports were still impacted by the district's segregative past. 2/
They too often did.

One district had never had a black cheerleader. Turns out they used a secretive selection process based on unknowable criteria that just happened to result in all-white squads year after year. You get the idea. 3/

@ThomasS4217 3/ Once detained children enter a state's foster care system, they are no longer the responsibility of the federal gov't (HHS/ACF/ORR/UAC), but instead those children's welfare is the responsibility of that particular state.

[Wątek] 1/ na szpagat @prezydentpl trzeba spojrzeć w szerszym kontekście. Prezydent zaniechał dwóch fundamentalnych czynności wprost przyznanych mu w jego ustawie o SN #SN
2/ pierwsza - prezydent powinien wydać postanowienie (art. 142 ust. 2 Konstytucji) stwierdzając przejście w stan spoczynku 10 sędziów. Tymczasem prezydent wysłał listy, w których pisze, że przeszli w stan spoczynku. List nie ma żadnego znaczenia, nie kreuje stanu prawnego.
3/ co ciekawe, listy wysłał również do tych sędziów, którzy powołali się na Konstytucję, wyrażając wolę dalszego urzędowania i nie dołączając zaświadczeń lekarskich. Co ciekawe, takiego listu nie wysłał do PSN Iwulskiego. Ten również stwierdził, że nie dołączy zaśw. lekarskiego.
