Dear son made my mother's day perfect-I'm serious so stick with me. He woke me at 2 a.m. w/ horrible acid reflux telling me "I need you mom." And as I sat with him next hour and he moaned & whimpered "I don't know what to do, mom, it hurts so bad, hold me," I did. He finally
2/ feel asleep curled up on me, but woke 20 minutes later for a repeat. Then told me another hour later he felt better & I could go back to bed. Had just fallen asleep when he woke me saying his stomach hurt & he needed me to lay down with him. We both waited for the vomit
3/3 to come as it always does when his acid reflux is that bad, but he feel asleep instead holding my hand. Sleeping in. Breakfast in bed. Roses. A special present, activity or event. Those gifts aren't a patch on gift of being a mother. He is the perfect gift. Thank you God.
P.S. I made him scrambled eggs for breakfast to help settle his stomach and he smiled, took a bite, said they were delicious and then added that it was funny because he was the one suppose to be making me breakfast!
