2. attendance will subject you to charges of Obstructing Congress under 18 USC 1505 that provides up to five years if you corruptly, or by threats or force, or by any threatening letter or communication influences, obstructs, or impedes or endeavors to influence, obstruct, or
3. impede the proper exercise of the power of inquiry under which any inquiry or investigation is being had by either House, or any committee of either House or any joint committee of the Congress."
4. And then, when they don't attend or move in the district court, the House @HouseJudiciary should publicly announce the witness has been referred to state and federal prosecutors for prosecution.
5. It may be necessary to open impeachment proceedings against the government officers involved in the obstruction to get more leverage in district court. The House Intel committee should move to intervene to monitor the investigation under its Nat Sec. Rule 6(e) exemption.
