Census decision looks complicated but it looks like the Supreme Court has said the challenge has merit and has said the district court was right to evaluate it. But it looks to me like it means that there will be no census question on the 2020 census. More soon.
Maybe they could do the rest of the district court proceedings in time. But since SG said they needed to know by June 30, perhaps not. Again this is a very hot take. Reading now.
