Jesse provides no evidence in this tweet, but I wonder if other folks can identify (with links/evidence) the progressives or leftists who have "celebrated" the assault on Andy Ngo. I don't know of any.
And to make it totally clear, assaulting journalists, even bad faith grifters like Andy, is a bad thing to do. And also, it's a crime for which one can and should be prosecuted.
To the extent I'm seeing "celebration" on the left, it's mostly folks pointing out that it is exceedingly generous to describe Andy as a "journalist." He is a conservative activist whose business model is to monetize conservative outrage over footage like this.
