Some spam more than others. E.g. Elizabeth Warren does one every 2 to 3 days, whereas Julian Castro does more than one per day.
You can tell from Warren's emails that my pseudo account is "Jed" from "New Hampshire". Some use my (fake) name in the title/content and location, but other candidates don't and just spam out emails without using personal info. 
They all use ActBlue to manage donations, but they use different spam email services to send out their mailings. Warren uses "Blue State Digital".
They all seem to use DKIM, which demonstrates it's utility in spam filtering.
