Today we served a subpoena on KSU (former home of the SOS's Center for Elec. Systems)--where the servers were wiped after we sued them. The subpoena is focused on trying to figure out what happened to the key information on them. …altionforgoodgovernance.sharefile.com/d-s5a12752445c…
2/ If you have not read the collection of emails among the CES/KSU staff when Logan Lamb found the open server, and the CES non-reaction until 6 months later when he proved they did nothing.... read the big doc attached to the subpoena.
3/ You will find some jaw-dropping communications that result in doing nothing to secure the servers and then many months later, when sued, --wiping the records.
4/ And even when the Court ordered SOS (Kemp) to communicate with the FBI to secure their partial copy, the SOS ignored the Court. They don't want that server record to surface! But we learned yesterday that FBI still has that partial record.
5/ Discovery has begun in the case, but the State is fighting our access to everything. And instead they are attempting to intimidate witnesses, etc. They are making this super expensive for us by all their stonewalling.
