The Judge has ordered the State to respond by Tuesday to the facts we present on the State's destruction of evidence.
Once Georgia voters start connecting the MANY dots, they will be very concerned about the legitimacy of any GA election conducted with electronic ballots. Voters don't know 90% of the story yet. Will they ever? It depends whether there is support for investigative reporting.
Traditional media orgs in GA are not engaged in investigative reporting on what is being learned about GA's elections in this lawsuit. What will be required for that to change?

It looks to us @CoalitionGoodGv that @GaSecofState has a big problem with ImageCastX system he chose. The law says that it has to comply w/ GA rules before GA can buy it. Makes sense. But, shocker, system does NOT comply with GA rules! I'll explain the weedy, but big problem!...
2/ GA Rule requires 2002 technical standards, not more modern standards.🙄(Who's surprised? ) SOS has not updated their Rules, and it takes long time to do so. Also the system must be certified that it complies with the statutes. But it doesn't comply with HB316 which requires...
3/ human readable ballots to be cast among other requirements that ImageCastX cannot meet. So how is Dominion BMD going to get certified??? State cannot purchase until the system is certified. Seems like a big conundrum for the state. 🙃

When @GaSecofState or other election officials claim that voters can verify the human readable text on their Dominion ballot printouts, ask them whether most voters could remember their votes to verify them on this actual Denver ballot. I know that I would not be able to.
@GaSecofState 2/ If I do not 100% "verify" my ballot as accurate, then it is not a valid source record for a post-election audit. A huge percentage of ballots will not be 100% verified as accurate by the voters. Then what? An unauditable election.
@GaSecofState 3/ A Denver voter voting on the Dominion barcode ballot (like GA will have) was voting on these issues and would have to remember them all by topic to verify that the machine is working properly to record the voters' votes.

I am sorely disappointed in @wsbtv & @AaronDiamantWSB for the very misleading reporting they did on the new voting system. I hate posting this video because it helps spread lies and dishonesty and gross misrepresentations, but I have to show people the evidence. So follow along..

3/ WSBTV video (from the SOS website) shows a full face ballot printing out of the BMD, with full ballot content and text, and no barcode (QR code.) They even say that the voter will see a full ballot. But it is untrue. The voter get a barcoded ballot that looks like this.

The normal practice of the Senate as to consideration of proposed legislation is for the proposed bill to be read aloud (or reading waived) and then for the bill to be sent for consideration by one or more Senate committees that have jurisdiction over the subject of the bill.
One of the bills that @thedemocrats and the #lapdancemedia have described as having been blocked by McConnell addressed certain requirements for the use and retention of paper ballots and voting records and providing funding for the #ElectionSecurityCommission to make grants.

A Christmas Border Wall take: In 1985, a couple of hoods robbed a bank in Yuma and got into a high-speed chase e/b on I-8 towards San Diego. @jimgreff
At some point they turned south and headed towards Mexico and the border fence. After crashing into the fence, they climbed over into Mexico and got into a shootout with Mexican police.
More like a shoot at, actually. It was September and the Mexican were celebrating Independence Day with a parade. There were lots of police along the route when they came over the fence.
