Ross is Chairman/founder of The Related Companies and is invested in Trump in another way

In 2017 The Related Companies bought an $80 million stake in Ladder Capital - the 2nd largest Trump creditor
Stephen Ross is on this chart from 2017 - he also coincidentally is a client of Rosemary Vrablic at Deutsche, the woman who helped secure massive loans for Trump and Kushner

Just a thought: Taking the Palm Beach PD as an example, one might want to look into why specific institutions, charities, etc., were chosen by Epstein to donate to and/or what ties he has to specific individuals associated w ea place.
Epstein, much like Trump is self-serving. What’s his reason for donating?

Is it bc he wants to look philanthropic?

Is someone there compromised, or do they know Epstein’s secrets?

Has there been abuse associated w/a place & he’s trying to counter potential accusations?

The highlighted section about Epstein is actually incorrect. This is from a Palm Beach newspaper from the time Epstein was arrested. The interesting part is the part about Donald Trump.
I blew up the Trump portion from the Palm Beach newspaper article in 2008 outlining Epstein's first arrest.

"In 2004, Epstein bid against Trump for a 43,000 square foot estate once owned by health care magnate Abe Gosman. Trump topped Epstein with a $41.3 million dollar bid.
