The vice president, in his speech at Trump's rally, is telling the crowd that Democrats advocate infanticide.

The Republican party is literally running on a platform of accusing their opponents of murdering babies.
Trump is on now and, so far, his speech has been an attack on how gross and horrible America's cities are.
Trump takes a few moments of his speech to attack his old nemesis, windmills.
Trump is now miming his (false) interpretation of how the green card lottery works, pulling imaginary names out of a hat, announcing that they are murderers, and then admitting them to the US.
Trump, following Pence's lead, announces that Democrats believe not just in late-term abortion, but also "killing the baby after the baby is born."
Trump just announced that, very shortly, he would be eliminating childhood cancer. And also he's just about to end the AIDS epidemic.

A certain Republican's name is on those flight logs too.
Even setting aside that he is president and under no condition should he be tweeting this kind of horrific nonsense, it is absurd and obscene for Trump to be acting as if he is not a focal point of Epstein-related events.
First off: Trump is responsible for Epstein's death. Not in the conspiracy sense, but in a literal one. Epstein was in custody of the branch of gov't Trump controls, and Trump was responsible for appointing people at DOJ who could stop inmates from needlessly dying — he failed.
