)I’m not saying this is Epstien but here’s my observation after looking at the pictures -
)the discoloration on the face is consistent with blood pooling of the head . this causes swelling of the head, the nose and ears made of cartilage swell,
)this would cause the discrepancies in the comparative photos.
)The Ambu-bag tube you see is entirely to long to me and proves intubation unsuccessful.
Probably due to rigor mortis of the esophagus.
)If you look you see his wrist has white tape on it, this is also consistent with normal EMT protocol ( taping hands together to keep arms out of the way,)
)his hands appear pale and rigged which makes me think again rigor mortis has set in ( dead at least 3 hours)
)and then there’s no back board making chest compressions ineffective on a soft surface as you see the body laying on the gurney
)My guess is this guy was dead for several hours when they found him but EMT CPR protocol efforts performed and transferred to the ER to await the MD to call time of death.
9) hard to believe he was hanging for that amount of time, more than likely died in his bed. Just my opinion
