A handy rule of thumb: never, ever buy a classic car as an investment. Buy it because you love it and want to drive it.
That said, if I had $100k laying around to spend on vehicles I am pretty sure will go up in value, I'd go long on 1970s/1980s Japanese dirt bikes
The cars I desire and collect - 1928 to 1941 Fords - have probably dropped in price 10%-20% over the past 10 years, which actually makes me kind of happy. Easier to buy them now.

Soviet-made ZIL 130 flatbed truck
Electric (Detroit, Baker) and steam (Stanley, Doble) were viable competing technologies to gasoline/kerosene cars in the early part of the 20th century. Gasoline won out because of range and the logistics and speed of refueling.

So Saint Audrey, back then named Æthelthryth, was the daughter of Anna, king of East Anglia, and was born in Suffolk.
She had four sisters and one brother. Plot twist, all sisters founded abbeys, and Erkenwald became Bishop of London, and was canonized.

Runs in the family.
But back to Audrey.

She made an early first marriage in around 652 to Tondberct, chief of the South Gyrwe in the Fens. She persuaded her husband to respect the vow of perpetual virginity that she had made prior to their marriage.

🥇These members of the 115th Congress didn’t think about the political ramifications, their reputations or the timing; they just voted honorably not to table the measure to impeach a prez who is clearly not abiding by the law or representing our country the way it deserves to be.
🏆Most of these members of the 115th Congress are still in Congress, but some are Governors or in new positions. One member, Louise Slaughter D-NY, sadly died in 2018. More on her later.

Let's get to the bottom of this Hurricane Maria/Puerto Rico death count
Here are the key points:

1. Death counts after a disaster are important, because they fuel recovery efforts and planning for the future. The greater the death count, the more $ in Puerto Rico gets.
2. Usually, the death toll of an event such as Hurricane Maria is determined through an exam by a medical examiner. But Puerto Rico officials did not have the proper resources to effectively conduct forensic examinations.
3. So they kind of guessed. Researchers from Harvard interviewed 3300 random households & found 38 deaths after the hurricane, including three from direct causes, 12 from interruption of necessary medical services.

Here’s the basics. A mathematician was troubled by the fact that the Greater Male Variability Hypothesis was not backed up by math. There is plenty of evidence that the hypothesis is correct, but he felt compelled to prove it using mathematics. (Stick with me. I’ll explain.)
