It's been 3 days since I completed 3 years of joining @CleverTap, and in this period I have been witness to some immense growth personally and professionally.

Some phenomenal changes I have witnessed in these 3 years - <a thread>
1)I was employee #27 when I joined,we are fast approaching a global force of 200 employees today
2)I was the 7th member of the CS practice at the time of joining, a team that has now burgeoned to 35+ members across Customer Success,Technical Solution Architects,Trainers & Support
3) Our office in Mumbai moved from a humble space near Goregaon Railway station to occupying the swanky 19th floor in a corporate park, just a kilometre away. P.S - we've got some great views!
4) My interview process was a short exploratory call, followed by an in-person interview that lasted little longer than 2 hours, at the end of which I had an offer. If I was an applicant today, let's just say the hiring process has gotten way more tougher! *winks*
5) The first paying customer I managed at CleverTap was a bike-hailing app that used to pay us $400/month. Now, one of the multiple customers that I look after is nearly 600 times that size. WOW!
6) We did not have dedicated Human Resources, Marketing or Finance functions when I had joined - these were built from the ground up.
7) Sales and CS was one function, we used to manage the entire process from demoing up-to go-live till we realised these need to be demarcated. I can very safely say our Sales team now is one of the best SaaS sales teams in the world.
8) We re-worked our entire architecture to make it more scalable, faster and cost-efficient. This meant forgetting what we used to do, binning it and re-crafting something gargantuan.
The new architecture built by our fantastic Engineering team now enables us to process billions of requests and send out billions of messages through a single day.

9) The product in itself has matured and grown enormously from a much simpler analytics and engagement tool to a
polished mobile marketing platform that empowers marketers to do cross-channel orchestration, derive real-time insights and map the entire customer lifecycle, backed up by the world's strongest segmentation engine.
10) Fun Fact - I was the first from @IMT_Nagpur to join the company. At one point, there were 5 folks from the same college, from consecutive batches - 2 senior to me, and 2 junior to me!
While there have been some immense changes, what has not changed is the trend of learning new stuff everyday. From not knowing the full form of 'SDK' (yes, that was a phase) to talking retention strategy with some kickass marketers across 10+ countries,
it's been an incredible ride aboard this rocketship. The team here is just so talented, dedicated and passionate towards their work - the hunger to learn is just insatiable.

The 3 years have been nothing short of a roller-coaster ride. Look forward to more exciting times!
