Looks like there will be an agreement with Lit Cafe, which would've built an entertainment deck on the third floor, across the alley from rowhouses on Caroline Street.
Apologizes to Hanlon and the audience for his earlier outburst, but is upset by the "absolute failure" of DDOT to address the two recent ped & cyclist fatalities in this neighborhood.

GGWash is residents. She is a resident. Says GGWash is a collection of opinions from the writers.
Respond to the fact that you considered future residents of the neighborhood. You're supposed to represent the residents view.
