1/4 Association for Certified Compliance Professionals in Africa (ACCPA) is a continental network of experienced and certified Anti-Money Laundering (AML) working in Africa. The organization currently has over 3,000 members in 46 countries.

3/4 The shortlisted banks were rated based on several criteria, including the independence of its compliance function, domestic Know Your Customer, the credibility of data, standardized procedures & global sanction screening.
4/4 Other standards include, effectiveness of transaction monitoring, internal controls, professional knowledge & skills, internal and external compliance, top management support, regular training & auditing. #Taj is the 1st 🇸🇴 winner of this award. #Hormuud_Waa_Guusha_Somalia
