Trump Admin listed four reasons why WOTUS is correctly being repealed. The primary reason is the blatant disregard for the very law it is supposed to uphold and enforce. U.S. Law. 33 U.S. Code § 1251 section 101(b)

By ignoring Clean Waters Act 3 U.S. Code § 1251 section 101(b) the Obama Admin usurped both Congressional and State authority which resulted in further violation of property rights under the guise of legality.
Obama's WOTUS Rule was an Obomanation that stomped on State's Rights and usurped Congressional authority. Instead of upholding and enforcing the Clean Water Act, the Obama Admin lawlessly violated it.

This is what's called scraping the bottom of the barrel. Dailymail actually paid a "reporter" to go track down some old lady still bitter after all these years because a young kid Trump reached his fork over and grabbed a few pancakes off her plate!

FYI: News is reporting Iran seized UAE tanker. Source is ISNA a semi-official news agency based in Iran quoting Iran Rev. Guard. At this time it is an Iranian claim being reported as fact. Headlines: Iran seized another vessel!" should be "Iran CLAIMS they seized another vessel."
I have seen multiple reports using old photos as well like this one from July. I am not saying it did not happen, just saying there is no confirmation. If it is true we will get photos of the actual vessel flying a UAE flag. Maybe even some video footage of it being boarded.
I always look for the words "report" and "reportedly". News agencies use them as disclaimers just in case the story later turns out to be bogus. Here are samples from fox and dailymail on the Iran alleged seizure of tanker allegedly smuggling fuel.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has officially deleted the Frontier Hard Chrome Superfund site in the city of Vancouver, Washington from the agency’s National Priorities List.
EPA and the State of Washington have concluded that all appropriate actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (the Nation’s Superfund law) have been implemented and that no further cleanup is required.
