Offered with some circumspection, but I hope the United Kingdom's Supreme Court listens carefully to what the constituent nations say is, for them, the relevant factual context within which the question before them arises.
This is *exceptionally* difficult territory. I'd gently offer that it's important to understand how much more acute is the problem the court is here considering - a lack of representation - in the nations whose interests are not being properly heard and respected in this process.
