Honestly the best advice I can give is just have a regimen!
A lot of skin care products aren’t made to combat your blemishes but to make your skin dépendant on the product.
Here’s a regimen I’ve literally just adapted but has helped my skin so much:
Seriously.
Since I’ve started wearing make up, I take better care of my skin. it’s a must that I wash my face twice to avoid build up of dirt/oil etc. I use a mild cleanser, like Cetaphil or Aveeno. (Until I switch to French skincare)
I also rinse with warm water and finish with cool water to close my pores.
Always moisturize your face!
Especially at night. It helps you wake up looking glowy.
If you can? 1 8oz glass every hour, but if not, drink it with every meal and cut soda out if you can. There’s juice, sparkling water etc.
Intent in everything you do.
You want clear skin, but eat no fruit or veggies? No good.
Of course there’s products and esthetician’s but you should NEVER depend on an outer source unless you have SEVERE acne.
Stop playing dr to your skin and learn what’s best or recommended for you from an actual Dr.
You could be damaging your skin by trying products and never knowing what’s tailored to you.
At least 1-2x a month. Something I will be starting myself and giving real results on.
It’s important to take special care of your skin because you’ll only get what you put into it. Invest in your skin, it’s the canvas of your body!
I also steam my face.
I boil a pot of water and place the water in a bowl and then a towel over my face. A mini sauna 🧖🏼♀️✨✨✨✨✨
