You guys: PG&E is calling me to gauge customer satisfaction rn
Amazing: PG&E is doing 10 min customer service satisfaction polling that is mainly focused on if you know that they're switching over to a time-of-use plans rather than flat rates.

Which is good. But honestly, rn?!?
I don't yell at people who are getting paid shit to take dumbly written customer service surveys, but man it took some zen not to
Anyway: in case you didn't know: if you cut back and shift any usage you can to non peak times, this both saves you money and reduces the load on the grid.

And everybody everywhere should do this! And also turn off lights, set thermostats to save, weatherstrip, etc.
Also, PG&E offers rebates for energy efficient appliances and the like AND will come do an energy audit on your apartment or house for free.
