This completely destroyed my email triage speed today. I delete many emails from the 2-line preview, which is now pushed aside by 5 lines of “ATTENTION : L’émetteur de ce courriel est externe à l’Université Laval. Évitez de cliquer sur un hyperlien, d’ouvrir une pièce jointe...”
I emailed them to ask them to stop this. If it’s still in place next week, I plan to create a filter that sends every external email to them to check over. (They said in the warning: if in doubt, contact your team’s IT department or us. I will happily take them up on that.)
