Why is your network so fundamentally hopeless, @NBN_Australia? Why, when *your* Arris cable model resets several times per day, do you need RSPs to do the legwork for investigation and fault-finding? Why don't you have your own telemetry about how bad your access network is? #nbn
@NBN_Australia You, @NBN_Australia, have a complete holistic picture of your complete HFC cable network plant. But you let repeated long-run faults linger basically forever, shunting the responsibility back on RSPs, when it's OBVIOUSLY your problem to fix, your fault.
@NBN_Australia What does it take in Australia to make the authority which is in charge of national broadband deliver a reliable broadband service? What the hell is wrong with you people? Why aren't you logging telemetry, monitoring trends, being proactive about faults?

@NBN_Australia For those watching from home: If you have an HFC NBN connection, and it drops out, and the Arris cable modem lights switch off then start flashing -- It's not your RSP's fault, it's NBN's. Your RSP can't make your Arris lights start flashing, only NBN can do that.
@NBN_Australia It would be SO EASY for @NBN_Australia to be proactive about this stuff, to make their network better, to ameliorate faults by actually monitoring the network and fixing them before customers notice. But no, it's even easier for people to loathe their laziness. Telstra Mk2.
@NBN_Australia The Australian NBN is *literally* the most expensive terrestrial bandwidth capacity anywhere in the world. Everywhere else pays cents per megabit, we pay about $13 per megabit. We are paying them an ENORMOUS amount of money to MAKE IT GOOD, but we only ever get excuses.

@NBN_Australia I don't even criticize @NBN_Australia for not using fiber. I just don't care. I should be one of the easiest people in the nation to keep happy, all I want is a bit-pipe that works. Give me my goddamn bit-pipe. I just want what it says on the tin, and I'll keep quiet. ish.
