One of the things I love about #DOES19 is that the companies in question are serious institutions, not Twitter for Pets.
Digital transformations are hard enough without "oh, by the way, you're in a regulated industry that will skin you alive if you screw up your obligations." #DOES19
To be clear, I’m talking about “serious institutions,” not companies being fundamentally unserious.
A bank or health insurer is an institution (USAF, Vanguard, National Bank of Canada, State Farm). I’m not talking about SaaS companies.
