Kerang-Koondrook Tramway opened 1889 closed 1976.
Stations: Kerang, Yeoburn, Hinksons, Teal Point, Gannawarra, Koondrook. ~ 13 miles. 5' 3" gauge.
This photograph was taken in 1935 by my grandfather P G Dow. No location identification other than ' Koondrook tramway '.
However, here is a photograph taken in 2017 of Hinksons.
The photograph taken in 1935 is probably Hinksons.

Locomotive is a 4wVBT (4-wheel vertical boiler tank) locomotive from the Sentinel Waggon Works, Shropshire (possibly b/n 5766) was imported in 1929 to work the line and shunt the Murray River wharf sidings. Withdrawn 1941 scrapped 1952.
There is a replica of the Sentinel at Koondrook today.

The unknown station probably has a closer general resemblance to Gannawarra, so I guess that was probably the Gannawarra station as it was in 1935.

@SLSA Ownership of the tramway was transferred from the Shire to the Victorian Railways on 1 Feb 1952.
Passenger services on the line were run by a 102hp Walker railmotor, paid by the Vic Education Dept, to convey school children.

@SLSA Have done some more research and the station photographed in 1935 by my Grandfather is ' Teal Point '.
Kerang <> Yeoburn <> Hinksons <> Teal Point <> Gannawarra <> Koondrook.
@SLSA Sorry not Teal Point. Was able to locate a few more photographs of both Gannawarra and Hinksons in Victorian Heritage Database. Both those had longer platforms than the station photographed. It is most probably Yeoburn.
Any know of a photo of Yeoburn ?
