I still can't get over the fact that the UK has had a single-payer system since Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer was a new release topping the charts (70 years ago) -- and we still have people like Mayo Pete and others trying to convince us that we can't have this in America.
Germany began experimenting with free college tuition in 1949. By 1971, college was virtually free.

2019, Americans have $1.5 trillion in student loan debt.

It’s almost like America agreed to let capitalists pillage her citizens while the rest of the world said nah
And now we have a percentage of the population who believe the proper order of society and relationship with capitalism is to allow it to plunder and pillage us completely uninhibited. That’s how they even define their patriotism.
