Stone jury still deliberating. Judge said she would let them go home and return tomorrow if they haven't reached a verdict by 5PM.
Stone is back in the courtroom with his attorneys. We may have a verdict.

The jury sent a question to Judge Jackson asking if a letter Stone sent Congress identifying Randy Credico as his go-between to Assange is "testimony."

DOJ said yes.
Defense said "The answer to that question is no and that is all...we are reading too much into the question."
In the end the judge erred on the side of caution and wrote "No" below the question, signed Amy Berman Jackson.

The question was related to Count 1, obstruction of justice. If the jury is going in order (7 felony counts in all) we could have a ways to go before they reach a verdict.

Judge just brought the jury back in to answer a second question, this time on count 3.
They asked if it was about there being a single point of contact to Assange or about Randy Credico being that go-between.

Jurors were taking notes and looked pretty focused.
