The jury sent a question to Judge Jackson asking if a letter Stone sent Congress identifying Randy Credico as his go-between to Assange is "testimony."
Defense said "The answer to that question is no and that is all...we are reading too much into the question."
In the end the judge erred on the side of caution and wrote "No" below the question, signed Amy Berman Jackson.
before a chorus of No's rose up from the defense table.
"Long day," Jackson said with a laugh shared with everyone in the courtroom.
