One more thread about the ultra-invasive and unprecedented body search against Michael Jackson...

In a previous thread I detailed how MJ—like any person innocent or guilty—could had easily fought the body search warrant and won.

Instead, MJ cooperated.

MJ described the ordeal as "one that no person should ever have to suffer."

Sneddon's unprofessional approach cannot be overstated.

Rather than sending a qualified medical photographer & putting the event into a clinical perspective, Sneddon sent two of his men & one from LAPD.

Instead of acquiring contemporary camera equipment to ease the discomfort and reduce the need for multiple occupants, Sneddon's team arrived with bulky, decade-old camera gear & insisted they needed all 3 staffers in the same room to handle the camera and properly photograph MJ.

The equipment included:

1971 70-210mm zoom lens
1975 external flash
1981 35mm camera
1982 28-90mm zoom lens

The flash could've attached directly to camera, but Spiegel suggested he needed a 2nd man to hold it during the session as well as a 3rd man to hold a scale to MJ's skin.

So there was Michael, livid but still doing his best to cooperate while various detectives and investigators scurried in and out of the area with giant lenses and flashes going off; Sneddon loitering in close proximity.

All for a demand that defied court precedent and reason.

Spiegel snapped 2 photos of MJ clothed. He then took repeated photographs of the left and right sides of MJ's penis. After that, MJ was asked to lift his penis, and complied (more on this in a minute).

MJ further cooperated for photographs of his buttocks, chest, back & legs.

All told, Spiegel reported taking 23 colored pics of MJ, almost all focused on his naked body & genitals.

Imagine a strobe light flashing 2 dozen times, while stripped and asked to turn each way. Also knowing the media was swarming and with no idea where the photos could end up.

In addition to Spiegel snapping pics while ordering invasive poses from MJ, he noted MJ had his own photographer mirroring his takes (so defense would have their own originals, at the cost of more humiliation).

This is similar to how MJ wisely recorded his own video during LWMJ.

After all of this, as MJ noted in his speech & as Spiegel had implied, "the parties involved were still not satisfied. They wanted to take even more pictures."

Spiegel had already photographed nearly 2 dozen of MJ's body including all sides from the front and then the back.

After completing the exhaustive sessions of MJ's front and back, Spiegel told Klein he wanted to talk with Tom Sneddon before continuing, and exited.

Meanwhile MJ got dressed & openly left; Birchim (SB detective) saw MJ & advised Cochran of MJ's whereabouts so they could leave.

Let's circle back to the "tell tale splotch" that morphs and changes in scope depending on which false narrative you come across.

The going claim by Sneddon's side has been that MJ had a distinct patch on his penis, visible only when erect that matched Jordan's description.

In Spiegel's declaration, he indicates that MJ complied with his request to lift his penis and that he "observed a dark spot on the LOWER LEFT side of MJ's penis."

However, Spiegel offered no indication that he actually photographed what was purported to be a corroborating mark.

To throw the "matching mark" nonsense into more hilarity, TS attempted to admit the pics & desc. as a PR stunt in May 2005.

In Sneddon's remarks, he instead suggests this "relative" match was of "a mark on the RIGHT SIDE of MJ's penis."

Wow, the mark morphed from LEFT to RIGHT!

Then there's Diane Dimond, whose entire existence is based on state sources. Direct line to Sneddon, unlawful tip-offs about raids, leaked docs, full case file. Yet, Dimond admits:

"It's unclear whether Sergeant Spiegel actually had time to snap a photograph of the mark he saw."

Let's reiterate—Spiegel made no note of photographing any tell-tale marking in his declaration (LEFT or RIGHT). Dimond, with direct access to state sources, says "it's UNCLEAR whether a photograph was taken..."

Nothing is "unclear" to Dimond except if it harms the state's story.

Guilters then suggest maybe MJ stormed off before there was a chance to photograph the mark (which, again, morphs from LEFT to RIGHT between documents).

That is not true, either. Spiegel took full sets of front photos from both sides, then had MJ cooperate for pics of backside.

Had Spiegel felt the photos were incomplete and didn't satisfy the warrant, he would've signaled to MJ's attorney that he needed more taken—just as he did when MJ cooperated for more strip pics of his buttocks.

Instead, they helped Cochran locate MJ and then watched them leave.

Probable cause would had existed to arrest Michael Jackson on-the-spot if any uniquely identifying characteristic was matched on his body with Jordan's description, especially if (as Sneddon proclaims) it was something that was unlikely to ever be guessed or noticed accidentally.

MJ was also deceived into believing that refusing the strip search could be used as an indication of guilt in court.

In reality, the search would be easily disputable and blocked from day one, just as every other defendant has done in the rare times such a request is raised.

Even in cases where defendants pleaded guilty to very relevant crimes and were facing additional accusers in which a description of genitalia was supplied (such was the case with Epstein in 2009), the judges still collectively denied inclusion of body search photographs in cases.

But MJ never legally contested the body search. Never sought clarification on whether it was a mandatory step in assisting the investigation or if it could be prevented.
