speaking of the other devilish publisher igniting controversy atm, I've heard the STG they put out is far and away their biggest seller, which I suppose is a cherry atop a shit sundae for the dev, not least of all because it probably didn't sell all that well in actuality
(not making a dig at the game with that statement either but it's a STG and I know how those sell, ie they don't)

...while devs might be able to get their games back, I can't imagine there's going to be much money to recoup, but I'd love to be wrong
