SCOOP: The House Intelligence Committee is in possession of audio and video recordings and photographs provided by indicted Giuliani associate, Lev Parnas.

The submitted recordings and photos include Giuliani and Trump. Lordy! There are tapes.

Some material sought by congressional investigators is already in possession of federal investigators within the SDNY and thus held up from being turned over.

BREAKING via @kyledcheney: Judge says Don McGahn MUST testify to the House Judiciary Committee.

McGahn may still invoke privilege claims but is not "absolutely immune" from testifying. Case will surely be appealed and main quesiton is whether a stay is issued.
@kyledcheney !! Federal judge rules that Don McGahn must testify to House impeachment investigators: "The subpoenaed official does, as a matter of law, have a duty to respond notwithstanding any contrary order of the President."

The Trump admin is expected to appeal.

1/ Then on Thurs. came that dramatic moment in Fiona Hill’s testimony when Rep. Swalwell read parts of the Daily Beast article into the record and said Nunes may be a “fact witness if he was working with indicted individuals around our investigation.”
2/ On Friday we learned that Lev Parnas wants to testify before Congress.

What he has to say is this: Last December, Nunes and a few aides went to Vienna and met with Viktor Shokin.

Parnas was working to push a pair of unfounded claims: that Ukrainians interfered in the '16 election on behalf of Democrats and that Biden was acting corruptly in Ukraine on behalf of his son Hunter. According to Parnas’s lawyer, Parnas said Nunes worked to push similar claims.
That information would likely be of great interest to House Democrats given its overlap with the current impeachment inquiry into President Trump—and could put Nunes in a difficult spot.
